Grab & Go Policies
To streamline the pickup process and ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies and recommendations:

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. If you need a last-minute pickup, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on current inventory and availability.

A refundable deposit of $150 is required for backdrop packages prior to pickup or delivery. This deposit will be refunded within two days once all supplies, including weights, are returned in good condition. The balloons are yours to keep.

We strongly recommend using an SUV (any size) or a minivan with the back seats folded down for pickup, as this setup ensures safe transport and helps maintain the quality and appearance of your items. Our foldable backdrop panels are easy to handle and fit conveniently in this type of vehicle.

Delivery is available on Fridays for locations within a 30-kilometer radius of L6S 3W3. If you're located outside this area, please contact us via Call, WhatsApp or Email before placing your order. We may or may not be able to accommodate your request, depending on our delivery availability.

Due to limited pickup windows caused by our event commitments, please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid delays. Early Pickup Note: If you can’t make your scheduled pickup time, please inform us in advance. We can prepare your order two days early, as our high-quality balloons last up to 7 days without sunlight exposure.

Due to high order volume, weather conditions, and production demands, we are unable to assist with fitting or arranging items in your vehicle. Please prepare your vehicle accordingly for easy loading.

Refunds are issued only if Shayona Events & Decor cannot complete your order. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the delivery or pickup date. Canceled orders will result in a credit for future use on any onsite installations or future Grab & Go orders.

All orders will be confirmed by our team. We kindly ask that you call us one hour prior to your pickup time to ensure your order is ready, helping us expedite your pickup process.
